How I Beat Cold Sores
During my 15-year eczema battle, I developed cold sores all over the right side of my face. In the beginning when I didn’t know how to treat them, I scratched my face and they spread. Then someone introduced me to Forever Living Aloe Drinking Gel..
I would get 2 bottles of Aloe Drinking Gel.
Then?
Take 60ml (2 ounces) three times a day before each meal.
Externally, I made a thick creamy paste with white French Argiletz clay, a little water and one tablespoon of olive oil. I would mix it with a plastic spoon until the lumps disappeared and a thick creamy yoghurt-like paste formed.
Then that evening, I would apply the white clay to my face. Let it dry, then rinse off after 10-15 minutes. The clay was very soothing to the touch and dried out the sores. I did this every day for a week.

Use Lip Balm If Your Cold Sores Are On Your Mouth

Drinking Aloe Vera Juice
Start with a small dose – 1 ounce (30ml) morning and evening before food.
Then after 3 days, up your dose to 2 ounces in the morning and 2 ounces in the evening. See how you get on.
Personally, I really like Aloe Vera Drinking gel and drink 1 full glass a day when I am having an outbreak. However, because Aloe Drinking gel is a laxative, I would advise you DO NOT COPY ME. I am used to handling large amounts of Aloe vera juice and actually like getting a natural colon cleanse at the same time.
