Hi, welcome to this site about how to get eczema-free skin.
Over the last 10 years, I have battled with severe eczema flare-ups that damaged not only my face, but 95% of my body.
I have also spent the same amount of time researching and using natural methods to heal my skin without the use of steroid creams and pills. I love to sing and dance and realise that presentation is important. It was important for me to look as good as the dance moves I make.
The Search To Rejuvenate Skin Begins
Although I had eczema as a chlld, it completely healed when our family moved to Nigeria. Having lived there for 8 years, I moved back to London to continue studying. So my skin was flawless for 16 years and I could eat what I wanted.
Little did I know that one day my skin would erupt with eczema from head to foot. Kids would stare at me on buses, and people would not sit next to me either. If they did, it was to tell me how their family member or friend got their skin clear.
Actually looking back, I realised that people were just trying to help. Sometimes I followed their suggestions depending on whether they were fairly reasonable.
The Natural Way is Gentle and Safe
I have helped a few of my friends, and also strangers, become eczema clear. I found simple natural remedies to soothe inflamed red skin. Taking the nutritional route also produced results. On this site you will understand how to get glowing skin like I did.
Some recommendations here will give results in a few days. I will tell you which ones and you will find yourself using less and less steroid creams and pills to stop the itch-scratch-itch cycle.
Bear in mind I am not a doctor, however, I do have a library of nutrition books by nutritionists, and such. I have put the methods into practice and seen great results. I am saving you the time of buying those books and having to do a 10-year extensive research like I did.
If you ever need a hand or have any questions, leave them in the Comments section and I will be more than happy to help you out.
All the best,

Hi I’m a mum of 2 year old twin boys with really severe eczema and also allergies, I was looking some advice on to help clear they’re broken skin they are in pain every day and night we have had no sleep in 2 years basically they are on lots of medication and creams nothing helps they are on strong steroids I hate using them , this page is so interesting can you tell me what you think the best thing to bath them in
I would advise you give them Argiletz clay baths in the evening. With 4 tablespoons of olive oil in the bath water.
Then when they come out of the bath, slather Aloe Vera gelly on their skin. Followed by African Shea butter which you can buy from Akamuti.com
Avoid giving them food that contains sugar as that causes inflammation and itchiness. The clay will heal the skin, the aloe gelly will prevent scarring. And th African Shea butter will act as a balm to moisturise skin at a deep level.
