Oil Pulling – Get Toxins Out The Easy Way

Okay, so I have told you about bowel cleansing and its importance in ridding your body of eczema.

Now, let me tell you about oil pulling – a simple method that can be  optional and easy on your pocket.

All you need is a jar of extra virgin coconut oil from a health food shop.

Method: Take a teaspoon of the oil and put it in your mouth, rinse your teeth well with the oil   and your tongue for 20 minutes.  You can do something else while doing this to let the time pass by quicker.  What about this?

Listen to a good calm song

Healthy for your soul

Keep smiling and you will find peace

God cares, God cares trust in Him

God cares, cares and is gentle and kind

God cares, cares full of discernment

God cares, cares, full of wisdom

The toxins in your mouth will pool into the oil. Spit the oil into your bin rather than the sink or toilet so you don’t clog it.

By the end of one month, you will find that your skin is smoother and also there is the added bonus of your teeth becoming whiter. If you have sore gums, they will be less sensitiveDuring next year, you will find that you are a whole new person who is more full of joy….Keep smiling – this works!

You are the apple of God’s eye – blend your apples with mint,  half a bunch of parsley, a hint of pepper, cucumber and one teaspoon of flaxseeds (linseeds).  You will need a lot of parsley  and if you grow it, even better.

You can substitute a cucumber for 10 tomatoes if you like. Keep trusting and commit your way to the good path.  He will bring your healing to pass…Just believe!

During Each Day of Your Healing

Keep thinking happy thoughts during this process…Rome wasn’t built in a day!  You are precious so taking care of your teeth, just like Rome made a city fortified, take pleasure in looking after yourself as God cares for you…  Give yourself a reward and take joy in looking after your teeth.    Afterwards sing a song while listening to a good tune. Trust you are healed.

But the main thing is to be still and think one happy thought at a time…”God loves me” ….Just one happy thought….can change your life forever.  So keep thinking of this thought for perhaps 5 minutes and then increase the time to 10 minutes each day.

God loves you, so tell all your friends and family the same thing and see what will happens.  They may be surprised – that’s alright…the true ones will shine and be happy for you.  Find a good book to read or whatever your hobby is, with the happy thought that God loves you.

Remember that rumours pass and rumours fade.  God’s word is always the same.  Read a word or verse a day – God’s word is always the same. It may be old-fashioned, however the author still has you in mind, always trust and obey, listen to His voice according to His word….

Indeed if you will listen to the one that is within, you will find peace, just present an offering of praise with thanksgiving and you’ll find peace within your soul.

May you be in health and prosper even as your soul prospers

I can vouch, that it really works. I know I should do this daily, but I usually only do it once or twice a week. It really improves my oral health, if I stick to it. I usually do it with extra virgin coconut oil like you said, as the taste is quite pleasing, but sesame seed oil will also do the trick.

    • Stella says:

Hi Phil, Yes, it works doesn’t it?

I find that when I eat a whole steamed mackerel and 1 cucumber in the evening for a month – my skin looks so peachy when I do the oil pulling at the same time…Some people have even experimented with different oils to find the results that each one gives…

      Nature is wonderful…

Now that is what I call, short, direct and to the point with the only surprises possibly coming after the uses of the product. However, the body cleansing process has a little more detail of the actions that it addresses the you will experience. With this product it is less words and lets you assume what the results might be.

Nevertheless, are there really enough toxins in ones mouth to clog a toilet?

That’s about all I can post on this.

    • Stella says:

      Hi Donnie,

Hmm…Yes, the cleansing process can be gross when doing a bowel cleanse.  Oil pulling, however is especially good for drawing micro parasites from the mouth and gums resulting in cleaner teeth – both on the surface and in between.

This keeps our breath, gums and teeth clean.  And no, the toxins are not just in our mouths, but in our whole body.

As oil pulling is only a 20 minute daily affair, it is not designed to fill the toilet.:)

    Hi Stella,

Oil pulling, sounds complicated at first but after reading your write up it really isn’t all that hard and requires minimal effort. I like that fact that i can simply buy extra virgin coconut oil at my local supermarket in Australia and I am quiet keen to give this a try. Is there an alternative oil that could substitute coconut oil as my partner is keen to try this but unfortunately is allergic to coconut?

    Cheers,

    Jarrin

    • Stella says:

Yes, you can use any unrefined oil such as sesame, olive,  sweet almond, etc.

It sounds like your partner needs to do bowel cleansing to rid him of his allergies.  A gentle herbal cleanse should work fine.

I have been meaning to try this for quite some time. I think oil pulling is very cool, because you know exactly what you are putting into your mouth and its important because the epithelial layer in the mouth is thin so absorption can happen incredibly fast.

I think oil pulling is a great way to get rid of the toxins in your moth which is probably a lot better than leaving them in there or worse, ingesting them! I think I will definitely give it a go!

    • Stella says:

      Hi Renton,

Consistency is definitely key when it comes to oil pulling.  I suggest you do it for 2 weeks and make notes on what happens to your gum and teeth health.

Thank you for sharing with us this wonderful post on oil pulling.I am surprised by this post because it is very short but very informative.I always see coconut oil in supermarket but I didn’t know its role until i found this post.

The environment contains miraculous plants the problem we have is that we don’t have information on their powerful. healing side.

I am going to use this oil for my teeth and my health in general.

    • Stella says:

      Go for it Julienne..

Short and sweet posts actually grab attention than an overly long post.  I do write long ones, but I have noticed when my friends see a lot of writing, it is a major turnoff!

Hi Stella – what an interesting idea, I had never heard of this.  Have you tried this and had success yourself?  And I’m curious to read some of your other posts about Eczema.

Question for you, is this extra virgin coconut oil different than the coconut oil that you can cook with?

    Thanks,

    Michele

    • Stella says:

      Hi Michelle,

Yes, I have done oil pulling with coconut oil.  You can use sesame oil, olive oil, grapeseed oil, hemp oil, etc.

However, it is coconut oil that whitens your teeth. The kind of coconut oil I refer to you can get from a health food store. Not your regular £1 brand of oil.

I have tried oil pulling before and had a hard time with it.  I just couldn’t handle swishing the oil around my mouth for that long. A friend of mine had the same problem, though, and gave me a tip that did the trick.  I mix a drop or two of peppermint oil into the coconut oil, and that gave my mouth a fresh, minty taste while I was oil pulling.

I knew oil pulling helped teeth and gums, but I didn’t realize that it would help your skin too–thanks for the tip!

  9. Rick says:

Thanks for this post ,  my sister actually told me about this a few years ago and I used to do it a couple of times a week  and found it really good for my gums and teeth.. I had forgotten all about this but you have inspired me to start again ..

I liked your article and your writing style felt like I was chatting with an old friend.  When I got to the end I was disappointed that it ended so quickly.  Not that you weren’t believable but it would be nice to have some references to further reading or citing some studies on the process.  Maybe it’s just me, I’m the type that needs to know as much as possible before I try something out.  It would also be great if you could direct me to some books or where to get the best products from.  Thank you for taking the time to get this information out there and good on you for actively pursuing a cure for yourself.  Ken H

    • Stella says:

      Yes Ken,

This article is rather short isn’t it!  I will expand it as people really want to understand it more.  I have been into health related topics for almost 20 years and writing about them comes very natural to me.

You can find about oil pulling on curezone.org.  A website created since the ’90s.  It is rather antiquated but will give you more knowledge about oil pulling for healthy teeth and gums.

There are plenty of testimonials from people who do it.  You can also find out about it on Youtube.

Asian cultures also use this method a lot.

I have bought over 40 books on health and nutrition.  And given more than half of them away to people who needed to help their relatives.  I will buy more.  Leslie Kenton and Udo Erasmus are leaders in their fields.  That should give you a head start.

      All the best,

      Stella

Hi Stella, This is a great information about Oil pulling and getting toxins out easily. Actually I was fully unaware of this issue and I would not even know this step by step method if I did not read your post. I have been suffering some sort of Eczema in my lower portion of my body and if I use coconut oil only, I feel good and it cures within a week. But sooner or later, it happens again. Though I have no problem in my mouth, I think this process will help me to cure it fully. I will use your formula for my problem. Thanks for sharing this information.

    • Stella says:

      Hi there,

I recommend bowel cleansing followed by liver flushing to eradicate stubborn and recurring eczema patches.  Check out my Eczema Cleansing posts…All instructions are given there.

You can do all of this at home.

All the best and if you have any further questions let me know.

I have never even heard of such a thing as “pulling.”  Wow, nature really is a beautiful thing, and I’m all about finding natural rememdies!  Thanks for bringing this to my attention.  I tend to have gum problems, and I have to floss 2-3 times daily to keep the plaque from building on my teeth.  It’s all that bacteria, so if it this also helps gum health, I’m double all about it.

  13. Strahinja says:

Interesting article. I had a problem with eczema as a younger adult but I manage to get rid of it thanks to different oils and change of my diet. I never knew that bowel cleansing can actually do miracles to your eczema.

I use to drink olive oil first thing in the morning as a therapy for my eczema. I was never recommended coconut oil to be honest with you. But I might start using it as a way of cleaning my bowels.

    Thanks.

    Strahinja

    • Stella says:

      Hi Strahinja,

I am glad you manage to heal your skin naturally

Yes, olive oil is useful for bowel cleansing.  Please follow the instructions carefully so as to get good results.

      All the best,

      Stella
